    That Blue Square Amsterdam hotel is over 1 hours walk from the Anne frank house & Vondelpark. Its rates reflect the fact that it'll take half an hour to reach Centraal station by Tram.

      Agreed that Blue Square Amsterdam is pretty far off anywhere, but given that where I'm going is not central either, it suited me just fine.
