The high-speed train operator Thalys is offering 8,000 Tickets for only €8 on 8th March 2013.
The tickets are valid for the entire Thalys network for trips between the 18th and 25th of March. 'Women only'. With this special promotion, Thalys wants to encourage women to travel more and visit the beautiful cities in the Thalys network.

- On sale on Friday 8th March 2013 from 8 am to 6 pm.
- For travels from 18th March to 25th March 2013.
- One-way ticket available in Comfort 2 only.
- Booking limited to 1 return journey per person.
- Travels reserved to women exclusively.
- Offer available on the entire Thalys network, except for Sun and Snow destinations.
- Exclusively sold on thalys.com and at Paris Gare du Nord train station.
- No exchange, no refund.
- Limited to certain trains.

We finally got tickets by calling the callcenter!! had to wait like 10 minutes or more hanging on the line though... and not a LOT of available ones.

This is redicilous! Ik refreshes so many times but the site was down. I tried to call them but didn't get through. Now I see it is sold out. How is this possible if the site is down whole the time? I think this whole thing was fake.Thalys shame on you!!!
