Day 8: Honolulu, Hawaii
Honolulu is Hawaii's state capital and only major city. This bustling city is equally matched by the relaxing atmosphere of a Hawaiian island. Use this an opportunity to visit Pearl Harbor & USS Arizona Memorial. Or head to the idyllic Hanauma Bay and relax on the horseshoe sands or snorkel in the welcoming turquoise waters. Feeling more ambitious? Explore the magical Diamond Head trail and head to the tuff cone volcanic crater, where you’ll find the former fort boasting panoramic views.
Day 9: Maui, Hawaii
Maui is a paradise for surfers and hikers alike. Haleakala National Park is situated on the inactive Haleakala Volcano; the best time to visit is sunrise to see incredible views. Day 10: Kauai, Hawaii
The oldest and most western island in the Hawaiian archipelago, Kauai is also known as 'The Garden Isle' thanks to the lush tropical rainforest that covers most its landscape. The scenic Waimea Canyon offers awe-inspiring views; stroll along one of the several hiking trails or head further into Koke'e State Park where the deepest parts of the canyon are contained.
