About your stay
The impressive Art Noveau-style 4* Continental Hotel Budapest formerly served as a bath and boasts a grand entrance hall along with the Gallery Café and courtyard with live piano music. The restaurant serves fine dining with a Hungarian-French twist, and you can choose to eat here or in the courtyard.
The main attraction is the roof-top spa with panorama views however, with an indoor and outdoor pool (opens again in spring) plus jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after exploring the city, or starting the day before heading down for breakfast!
The spacious rooms come with elegant parquet floors and have been tastefully decorated featuring your usual mod-cons such as LCD-TV and coffee making facilities, along with free bottled water.
From / to airport
You could grab public transport and jump on the bus straight to your hotel taking about 40 minutes and costing around £3 one-way. You could also get the airport shuttle which is a bit faster (about 20 minutes) and costs £17. A taxi will cost you around £20.
