Last minute! NYE in a fairytale town in France 🇫🇷🎆

I've been hunting out some last-minute NYE plans for you unorganised folk (nope, definitely wasn't looking for myself). I've stumbled across a pretty good one, in the fairytale town of Carcassonne in France.

You'll fly out on 31 December and stay for one night, then fly home on the 1 January. The total for flights and hotel is £69.50 per person. The medieval centre hosts a firework display which is set to pay tribute to the Olympic Games.

You'd pay this sort of price for a 2-course set meal in your local town on New Year's Eve, we'd much rather see the new year in from a new destination.
