DREAM JOB ALERT!
If Mount Everest Base Camp is on your bucket list, if you have some enthusiasm for travel videos, and if you are craving some adventure after this lockdown, be sure to check out this new dream job!
GoKo Travels is looking for a traveler to join a 17-day trek to Everest Base Camp, surrounded by the world's most famous peaks. The lucky winner will be responsible for sharing videos and creating content on his experience.
You'll be paid £150 for your efforts, but that's not the most important thing. The craziest being that you'll take part in the 17-day trek without spending a penny. A once-in-a-lifetime trek that will take you through Sherpa villages, magnificent monasteries and breathtaking suspension bridges, until you reach the base camp of the highest mountain in the world. In the evening, you will stay in traditional tea rooms along the way.
The chosen adventurer will be asked to film videos of the trek to appear on the GoKo Travels site and their social platforms. Rest assured, you don't need to be a professional videographer, your passion and resourcefulness will do!
The expedition is not scheduled for immediately since the agency is awaiting the lifting of travel restrictions linked to the Covid. But you can now apply to maybe have a chance to be the lucky one. The good news is that applications are open to residents of any country, as long as they are 18 years of age or older.
You will find all the conditions on the GoKo page. A little advice: don't delay too much, you have until March 3, 2021 to send your application.
Please note: all elements of the 17-day trek are completely free, however return flights are at your expense.
