easyJet are making some changes to their carry on baggage policy. They claim that it is to help improve boarding and punctuality... so how does this affect you?

For travel from 10th February 2021:

From this date, what seat you book will determine the bags that you are allowed to bring on board.

Everyone can still take one small cabin bag per person on board (maximum size 45 x 36 x 20cm, including any handles or wheels), which must fit under the seat in front of you. There’s no weight limit but you have to be able to lift the bag yourself.

Now, only those who have booked an up front or extra leg room seat may now bring an additional large cabin bag (maximum size 56 x 45 x 25 cm (including any handles or wheels)).
