Not Irish and don't have any connections to Ireland?
Well, that shouldn't stop you from having a cheeky Guinness at home today!
We've put together of list of all things any non-Irish person should do to get the 'authentic' St. Patrick's Day experience!
1. Green is good. The more, the better!
Hulk mode: activated
2. Not green enough? Green makeup and hair should do the trick!
3. Learn the feckin' lingo!
If you need to pee, "The Jacks" is the place to be. Feel free to get "absolutely bananas" because isn't getting quite drunk all you're meant to do on St. Patrick's day anyway? And one final thing, don't forget to say "top of the mornin' to ya" because Irish folk absolutely love it!
4. Warm-up yer vocal cords
5. Practice yer jig!
6. The ultimate pub crawl beers in your house or garden or with a friend socially and legally distanced.
It's 17th March, so by our logic, that's 17 pints of Guinness. Let's get absolutely bananas!
(loving everyone optional)
7. And just remember; green, green and more green!
So, there you have it. Our guide to doing St. Patrick's Day in a totally non-Irish stereotypical way!
Cheers mateys!
