Finally, some positive news in the travel world!
The paradise islands of the Seychelles are abolishing their quarantine for all travellers (except those arriving from South Africa). This is all thanks to the successful vaccination campaign, which has seen 81% of the population vaccinated against COVID-19 (24% with their second dose). These figures place them second place in the world behind Israel in their vaccine efforts.
According to the state news agency of the Seychelles, travellers will no longer have to go into quarantine after March 25, 2021. Instead, a negative PCR test (taken 72 hours before departure at the earliest) is sufficient. Vaccinated travellers will also need proof of a negative test too. However, UK rules still apply upon return
