Camden Hells say they NEVER pasteurise their beer and they want YOU to taste the beer and make sure that continues.
This is a paid role as a Chief Freshness Officer and you don't need any experience in the beer industry, you just need to love beer and be over 25-years old.
Chief Freshness Officer responsibilities:
Home-tasting batches of beer to make sure they’re Fresh as Hells
Never pasteurising beer. Ever.
Answering “Never!” if anyone asks if Camden Town Brewery should start pasteurising beer
