Dining in the dark
Mateys, how would you feel about eating in a restaurant in complete darkness? Well, you can do that at Dans Le Noir? in London, and in 10 other cities around the world.
Dans Le Noir? is French for 'in the dark' and is located in Farringdon in London. At the restaurant, you will enjoy a surprise menu which means you won't know what you are eating before you eat it, making the experience even more fun.
What's the reason? In the dark, you will experience taste, smell and textures in a completely different way, you will become more aware and appreciate what you are eating so much more.
During your restaurant sitting, you will have to use your social skills more thoroughly, making the experience more authentic.
Another cool thing about this experience is that your meal will be served by a team of visually impaired guides.
Although you won't know what you are exactly eating, you can let the restaurant know of any allergies you may have, and you will also pick between The Red Menu (meat), The Blue Menu (fish) and The Green Menu which is a vegan menu.
