Stay in a Grade II listed farmer's cottage in Cheshire
Pirates, is there anything more cosy than a winter stay in a timbered cottage, with a roaring fireplace?
Nah, there isn't! Which is why this 17th-Century farmer's cottage caught our eye. Dates in February are the cheapest we've found this cottage all year, plus, did we mention it comes with a hot tub?
This chocolate box cottage looks too pretty to be real! It dates back to 1672 and comes with a bunch of original features like an outside well, enclosed garden, original low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace and cranked staircase.
The cottage is close to a bunch of fun locations to visit, such as the farmshop and tearoom Goostrey & Holmes Chapel and close to the French chateau-style country house of Radbrooke Hall.
As well as the indoor fireplace, the cottage has underfloor heating - so you'll be super toasty in the winter.
Of course, you'll also get a private hot tub to dip into as well - because, well, you deserve it.
