There are views, Pirates, and then there are views and this stunning holiday home in Devon is the latter with incredible vistas of the River Dart in Devon.
13 guests can stay for three nights from £2,248* per booking -- that's a little bit under £173 per person and weekends cost the same as midweek. Less than £60 each per night which we think is pretty reasonable compared to a hotel or a smaller airbnb rental.
The house is in Dartmouth right where the sea flows into the estuary so you get glorious views of both.
