Is this the most stunning accommodation in Florence?

Pirates, it's nice to get away and find accommodation with a view that everyone else will envy. It's so delightful to sit there and enjoy the view outside the window. And, of course, brag about it among friends (and on Instagram!) so that they will envy us even more!

If you're sitting on Insta, you might have caught wind of this accommodation in Florence, with its breathtaking view straight onto Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. We found it, and want to share it with you!

And what would you say to a coffee here? Sounds inviting, doesn't it? This artistic studio apartment is located right next to Piazza Duomo in a building from 1600. It has spacious windows, sunny rooms and is beautifully decorated by the artist who lives there. The decoration and furniture from the studio were also made by her, which adds to the uniqueness of the place.

The windows, as high as 3.4 metres, face directly onto the cathedral. The bedroom has a comfortable single bed and a sofa. The second room is an artist's studio with a desk, art table and all the necessities of an artist. There is, of course, also a kitchen and a bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no cooker here, so cooking is out of the question - but you are in the centre of Florence's life, so there is plenty to eat here. The artist does, however, provide snacks and side dishes for guests.

This Airbnb can only be booked for 1 person. For now, bookings are unavailable, so you'll need to be on the lookout for when the system opens. However, in the same building, the owner has 2 more flats that are available for up to 4 people - one of them has a private balcony also facing Piazza Duomo.
