The cottage, as you can see from the pictures, is cosy and modern with air-con (yes, in the UK), underfloor heating, a free-standing bath, a swish kitchen and massive TV with Netflix and an Xbox.

The cottage's green credentials include using solar power, air source heating and filtered well water.

Plus you'll be free to potter around the 14-acre grounds and if you do fancy exploring the local area, Leicester, Market Harborough, Northampton, Rugby, Kettering and Corby are all fairly close by.
