The biggest selling point of this apartment is its location! The penthouse is situated in Boka Heights, in a Mediterranean style complex, above the Bay, offering majestic views. Guests will have to climb stairs to get to the penthouse.
There's an opens space living room, with a sofa and day bed, dining area and kitchen with direct access to the large terrace. The flat features art from local artists. The bedroom is separate and has the large king size bed.
The pool is a shared facility with other apartments within the complex.
The seaside, waterfront restaurants are only a short walk from the apartment.
