Having only opened its doors in late 2024, SeaSpace is Cornwall’s first "lifestyle aparthotel" and still has that new, polished feel. It’s a clever hybrid: you get the cool, social energy of a trendy hotel, but with the practical "faff-free" perks of an apartment.

We’ve spotted some cracking last-minute rates here, with doubles from £99-£120 and family rooms starting around £168.

Why we're fans:

• "Miami-meets-Cornwall" decor, bright, airy, and very Instagrammable.

• A brilliant craft beer bar & spa on site.

• Great views from the hotel & you’re just a short stroll from Porth Beach.

Cool stuff for families:

• The rooms have smart kitchenettes, so you aren't tied to expensive hotel breakfasts or dinner times, a total lifesaver with toddlers.

• A proper indoor pool for when the Cornish weather doesn't play ball.

• There are great communal areas where kids can roam while you grab a decent coffee (or something stronger).

• They often run seasonal activities that keep the kids busy

❗️It’s well worth shopping around. We’ve linked to Trivago as they’re usually pulling in the cheapest rates, but Agoda occasionally has better deals that don't show up there. It’s also worth logging into Booking.com (it’s free), as their member rates often beat Expedia. Definitely do a quick cross-check before you commit.

We found last-minute rates for just over £100 per night in May. There's a steep rise in the summer months. Do check from November onwards for similar rates if you don't mind the weather.
