We love an eco-friendly stay and today we've found one in Wales that is both affordable and luxe.

Stay 2 nights in an off-the-grid tiny house with a wood-burning hot tub and panoramic views of the Brecon Beacons National Park. If you do want to leave your little oasis, the town of Brecon is just a short drive away.

We've found weekend dates in September and October, but you can also stay during the week as well.

About your stay

Stay in this hut with panoramic views of the Brecon Beacons. While the hut is off-the-grid, those who want it will still have access to wifi. Inside the hut you will find a double bed, a full kitchen, and a wood-burning stove. You will also have access to a composting toilet and hot showers. The hosts even provide eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, soap and washing-up liquid to make sure your stay is as eco-friendly as possible.

The airbnb is located a short drive away from the town of Brecon, where you can find plenty of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. You also have Brecon National Park nearby waiting to be explored. Spend the day wandering through the park before returning back and relax in the wood-fired hot tub and stargazing.

Hay-on-Wye, famous for its bookstores, is a 20-minute drive away, and Builth Wells and the Royal Welsh showground around 30 minutes. You can reach Hereford and Cardiff in just over an hour.
