Let us add another Christmas market to your bucket list, Ravenna Gorge sits under a viaduct and looks like a truly magical experience.

The Christmas market only runs on four weekends from Nov–Dec (Fri–Sun) and tickets cost from €6.50, including a shuttle from the nearby towns. Tickets sell fast and will be on sale from 14 October.

In the meantime, we've found a hotel in the nearby town of Hinterzarten, from £64 a night on Sundays. That's only £32 each when two share. You can also pay a little bit more for free cancellation.
