“Crystal Ski Holidays x HolidayPirates Instagram Competition”
1. Competition and organisers
1.1 The promoter of this online competition “Crystal Ski Holidays and HolidayPirates Instagram Competition” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is HolidayPirates Ltd, 1 Royal Exchange, London EC3V 3DG (hereinafter referred to as “HolidayPirates”) and Crystal Ski Holidays (hereinafter referred to as “Crystal Ski”). Participation in the Competition is governed exclusively by the following participation terms and conditions.
2. Participation
2.1 Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Excluded from participation are employees and their family members of HolidayPirates, Crystal Ski, and their affiliate companies.
2.2 Participation in the Competition is possible only from 19 January 2026 to 25 January 2026 (23:59 local time). There is one prize worth £1,000 in the form of a Crystal Ski Holidays travel voucher, and there will be one winner. Participation in the Competition is free of charge.
2.3 In order to participate in the draw, participants must:

Like the Instagram competition video and tag a friend in the comments. Each comment counts as a new entry.
Share the post to their Instagram Story and tag @holidaypirates and @crystalskiholidays for a bonus entry.
2.4 Only participants who meet the conditions described in clause 2.3 will be entered into the Competition. HolidayPirates or Crystal Ski cannot be held liable for late and/or incomplete entries.
3. Execution and carrying out of the prize win
3.1 Only the prize specified below will be drawn:
3.2 The winner will be notified via a direct message from HolidayPirates. The draw will be held after 25 January 2026. The winner must confirm receipt of the notification and provide their name and email address within three (3) days of being notified. If this information is not provided within this timeframe, the right to the prize will lapse and a new winner may be selected. Entrants are responsible for monitoring their Instagram messages.
3.3 The prize voucher can be redeemed via Crystal Ski Holidays and may only be used towards a Crystal Ski Holidays booking. Destination availability and booking conditions are subject to Crystal Ski Holidays’ terms.
3.4 The voucher is valid until April 2027, and must be used before then.
3.5 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the prize cannot be made available for any reason, HolidayPirates reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value.
3.6 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram must not be contacted regarding the Competition.
3.7 HolidayPirates and Crystal Ski Holidays are not liable for the organisation or execution of any travel booked using the prize voucher.
3.8 HolidayPirates is not responsible for any errors occurring during the transmission of winner data.
3.9 The prize may be considered a taxable benefit. The winner is solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from acceptance of the prize.
4. Exclusion from participation
4.1 HolidayPirates reserves the right to exclude entrants who violate these terms and conditions.
4.2 Entrants may also be excluded if they attempt to gain an unfair advantage through manipulation, prohibited tools, automated scripts, fake profiles, or false personal information. In such cases, prizes may be withheld or reclaimed.
5. Early cancellation or discontinuation of the Competition
HolidayPirates reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including technical failures, unauthorised third-party interference, or legal requirements.
6. Processing of data in connection with the Competition
Information regarding the processing of personal data and participants’ rights can be found in HolidayPirates’ data protection policy.
7. Final provisions
By participating in the Competition, entrants waive any legal claims relating to the Competition or the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Your prize
There is one (1) prize worth £1,000, awarded as a Crystal Ski Holidays travel voucher, and there will be one winner. Participation in the Competition is free of charge.
