1. Competition and organisers

1.1 The promoter of this online competition “The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants x HolidayPirates Broadcast Competition” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is HolidayPirates Ltd, 1 Royal Exchange, London, EC3V 3DG (“HolidayPirates”) and The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants (“The SpongeBob Movie”). Participation in the Competition is governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions.

2. Participation

2.1 Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Excluded from participation are employees, and their family members and affiliate companies.

2.2 Participation in the Competition is possible only from 8th December 2025 (10:00 local time) to 18th January 2026 (23:59 local time). There will be one prize winner. Participation in the Competition is free of charge.

2.3 In order to participate in the draw, entrants must:

1. Head to the HolidayPirates Instagram and subscribe to our Family Broadcast Channel.

2. Search for a message mentioning SpongeBob within the channel.

3. React with a sponge emoji 🧽 to enter.

2.4 Only those who meet the above conditions will enter the Competition. HolidayPirates cannot be held liable for late and/or incomplete entries.

3. Execution and carrying out of the prize win

3.1 Only the prize specified below will be awarded:

The Prize

The prize provider is Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, Market House, Silver End, Olney, MK46 4AL. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626 (“Cloud Nine”). www.uponcloudnine.co.uk

The Prize includes:

1. Return economy flights from London to Madrid or similar

2. €150 (total) allowance for bus, train or taxi transfers

3. 3 nights’ 4* hotel accommodation sharing 2 x standard rooms or 1 x family room

4. Daily breakfast

5. Two-day entry family ticket to Parque de Atracciones

6. SpongeBob beach towels and hats (for children only)

7. £25 per child to spend at the SpongeBob shop

8. Comprehensive travel insurance allowance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions)

All elements together form the “Prize”, which is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Unless otherwise stated, the Prize is for up to 4 people travelling together, one of whom must be aged 18 or over, and no more than two aged between 2–11.

• The Prize is valid from 1st March 2026 to 31st October 2026, excluding Easter (3rd–6th April 2026), public holidays, trade fairs or local special events.

• All dates, locations, and activities are subject to availability.

• The Prize must be arranged at least 6 weeks prior to travel.

• Flights are economy class, direct services only. Pre-booked adjacent seats may incur additional costs, payable by the winner.

• Each participant (or guardian, where applicable) must sign a confirmation of eligibility and release form with Cloud Nine before the prize is issued.

• Cloud Nine accepts no responsibility for events beyond its reasonable control and will provide suitable alternatives where possible. No refunds will be offered.

• The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. No refund will be offered for unused elements.

• In the event of cancellation by the winner, the Prize will be forfeited.

• Any amendments by Participants after booking may incur administrative charges.

• Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of travel and issued within the last ten years. Participants are responsible for obtaining any required visas.

• Some activities may be seasonal, weather-dependent, or subject to age, height, or health restrictions.

• Comprehensive travel insurance is included (covering travellers up to age 69). If cover cannot be obtained, a cash allowance will be provided so adequate cover can be arranged by the winner.

• Participants are responsible for additional costs such as meals, drinks, gratuities, personal expenses, and any COVID-19 related costs or documentation.

• Participants must comply with all local regulations and activity provider rules.

• Cloud Nine reserves the right to exclude any participant acting in a dangerous or anti-social manner.

• The organiser accepts no responsibility for losses, injuries, or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize.

• Prizes are fulfilled by Cloud Nine Incentives (company no. 07342147), information about the prize provider can be found by visiting www.uponcloudnine.co.uk. Any personal data submitted by Participants to Cloud Nine will be treated in accordance with Cloud Nine’s privacy policy. 3.2 The winner will be notified via a message from HolidayPirates on Facebook after 18th January 2026. The winner must confirm receipt and provide their name and contact details within three days. Otherwise, the prize will be reallocated.

3.3 The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta.

3.4 HolidayPirates is not liable for the organisation and fulfilment of the prize; this is the responsibility of Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd.

3.5 HolidayPirates is not responsible for errors in data transmission.

3.6 The prize may be considered a taxable benefit; the winner is responsible for any tax obligations arising.

4. Exclusion from participation

4.1 HolidayPirates reserves the right to exclude entrants who violate these terms and conditions.

4.2 Entrants using prohibited tools or manipulation (automatic scripts, hacking, fake profiles, etc.) will be disqualified. Any prizes already awarded may be reclaimed.

5. Early cancellation or discontinuation

HolidayPirates may discontinue or modify the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including technical issues or legal violations affecting the competition process.

6. Processing of data

Details of data processing in connection with the Competition and participants' rights can be found in HolidayPirates’ privacy policy.

7. Final provisions

By participating, entrants waive any right to legal action regarding the competition or prize claims.
