“West Midlands Safari Park x HolidayPirates Instagram Competition”
1. Competition and organisers
1.1 The promoter of this online competition “West Midlands Safari Park x HolidayPirates Instagram Competition” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is HolidayPirates Ltd, 1 Royal Exchange, London EC3V 3DG (hereinafter referred to as “HolidayPirates”) and West Midlands Safari Park (hereinafter referred to as “WMSP”). Participation in the Competition is governed exclusively by the following participation terms and conditions.
2. Participation
2.1 Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Excluded from participation are employees and their family members of HolidayPirates, West Midlands Safari Park, and their affiliate companies.
2.2 Participation in the Competition is possible only from 7 January 2026 to 14 January 2026 (23:59 local time). There is one prize with a total value of £1,400, and there will be one winner. Participation in the Competition is free of charge.
2.3 In order to participate in the draw, participants must:
Follow @holidaypirates and @westmidsafari on Instagram.
Like the Instagram competition video and tag at least one friend in the comments. Each comment counts as a new entry.
Join the Instagram Broadcast Channel ‘Pirates insiders’.
Share the competition video to their Instagram Story and tag @holidaypirates and @westmidsafari.
2.4 Only participants who meet all conditions described in clause 2.3 will be entered into the Competition. HolidayPirates and West Midlands Safari Park cannot be held liable for late, lost, or incomplete entries.
3. Execution and carrying out of the prize win
3.1 Only the prize specified below will be drawn:
1 x West Midlands Safari Park Lodge Stay Package, including:
One-night stay in a White Lion Lodge or Hippo Lodge.
Two-day admission tickets to all attractions.
Two-day ride wristbands for the Adventure Theme Park
Breakfast and dinner (provided in jars to reheat in the Lodge).
Accommodation sleeping up to four (4) people.
Prize value: £1,400.
Winner may choose a preferred date, subject to availability and West Midlands Safari Park’s terms and conditions.
The prize is valid for up to four (4) people in either a White Lion Lodge or a Hippo Lodge.
Ride wristbands are only available during West Midlands Safari Park’s summer season.
The maximum prize value for this package is £1,400.
3.2 The winner will be notified via direct message from HolidayPirates after 14 January 2026. The winner must confirm receipt of the notification and provide their name and email address within three (3) days. If this information is not provided within this timeframe, the right to the prize will lapse and a new winner may be selected. Entrants are responsible for monitoring their Instagram messages.
3.3 The prize must be redeemed directly through West Midlands Safari Park. All bookings are subject to availability and West Midlands Safari Park’s booking terms and conditions.
3.4. The prize is valid until 31 December 2026 and excludes all Saturday dates and any special package dates, including Valentine’s Day, the Christmas Package, and the Wild Keeper Retreat Package.
3.5 The prize must be claimed within two (2) months of the winner being notified and confirmed as the prize winner.
Once the winner’s details have been received, these will be shared with the West Midlands Safari Park Lodges team, who will arrange the booking directly with the winner.
3.6 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the prize cannot be made available for any reason, HolidayPirates reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value.
3.7 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram must not be contacted regarding the Competition.
3.8 HolidayPirates is not responsible for the organisation or execution of the prize stay or experiences provided by West Midlands Safari Park.
3.9 HolidayPirates is not responsible for any errors occurring during the transmission of winner data.
3.10 The prize may be considered a taxable benefit. The winner is solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from acceptance of the prize.
4. Exclusion from participation
4.1 HolidayPirates reserves the right to exclude entrants who violate these terms and conditions.
4.2 Entrants may also be excluded if they attempt to gain an unfair advantage through manipulation, prohibited tools, automated scripts, fake profiles, or false personal information. In such cases, prizes may be withheld or reclaimed.
5. Early cancellation or discontinuation of the Competition
HolidayPirates reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including technical failures, unauthorised third-party interference, or legal requirements.
6. Processing of data in connection with the Competition
Information regarding the processing of personal data and participants’ rights can be found in HolidayPirates’ data protection policy.
7. Final provisions
By participating in the Competition, entrants waive any legal claims relating to the Competition or the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Your prize
There is one (1) prize valued at £1,400, awarded as a West Midlands Safari Park Lodge Stay Package, and there will be one winner. Participation in the Competition is free of charge.
