How to buy and install an Airalo eSIM?

1. Search the country or region that you're travelling to (you can also opt for a global plan)

2. Pick the package that suits you (there are limited and unlimited packages)

3. Press buy now in the orange button at the bottom of the page

4. Make sure the HP15 discount code has been automatically added (otherwise add it yourself) to get 15% off

5. Pay with whichever method you choose

7. Click Start installation

Tips:

• You can set up and install your eSIM before you leave the UK (some eSIMs have a time-limit though, so be aware of that)

• You need a stable Wi-Fi to install the eSIM

• It may take up to 5 minutes to activate the eSIM (although usually a lot less), but as long as you have a stable internet connection when installing, there shouldn't be a problem

• If you want all your calls and texts to come through to your regular number, go to the mobile network settings in your phone and ensure your default voice line is set to your regular number/SIM while your mobile data is set to the new eSIM

• Not all phones are compatible with eSIMs, the most recent Airalo app has a feature that tells you whether your phone is or isn't compatible with eSIMs before you purchase one
