When you add your Extra add-ons, for adults 16 and over, there will be the option to add a paid add on of 2 Day Theme Park Entry which will include 2nd day free in the Theme Park. For children under 16, the complimentary 2 day tickets will be automatically added at time of booking. The offer is only available for guests staying onsite at Alton Towers Resort. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, the only exception is the discount code issued exclusively to past bookers for use with this offer. The complimentary 2-day children’s tickets and adults’ 2nd day free tickets are only available for booking through the Short Breaks booking journey on the Alton Towers Resort website or via the Manage My Booking portal once you have made your booking.

No person under the age of 12 will be admitted into the Theme Park unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times. Merlin reserves the right, in its absolute discretion to change the age restrictions referred to in this condition, if any particular circumstances so require in the interests of safety and security.

Theme Park tickets are not valid on days when the Theme Park is closed. The Theme Park will be closed on the following dates: 17th–20th March and 24th–27th March 2025. Opening dates are subject to change in rare or exceptional circumstances, any additional closure dates will be communicated accordingly.
