Although the country is still on UK's amber list
The Spanish government has just announced that visitors from the UK will be allowed to visit the country for holidays from Monday (24 May 2021).
People can enter the country for non-essential journeys and will not require a negative PCR test to enter.
However, Spain remains on the UK government's amber list, meaning anyone returning has to self-isolate for 10 days and take two COVID tests (or 5 days isolation with the test to release scheme).
The UK government still strongly advises against non-essential travel to Spain.
