Check out this insane 5-star hotel in the middle of the African savanna 🦏

Although you may have dreamed of such a place, this time it's real. It is the Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti. A 5-star hotel located in the middle of the African savannah, in total harmony with the land dominated by elephants, lions and leopards.

The best thing is that you don't even have to go on a game drive if you don't want to. The hotel's infinity pool overlooks a watering hole, so animals great and small come for miles for a drink all day long. You can be on safari, with a cocktail in hand, waist deep in the pool: and if that isn't luxury I don't know what is.

Sure, it may cost a few quid, but check out the pics to decide if you think it's worth it.

Additional Information

Of course, taking advantage of its location, the hotel organises safaris (which in Swahili means travel, in case you didn't know). As well as other nature-related activities and the services you would expect in a luxury lodge: restaurants, bars, spa area, etc.

If you book in May, you can get stay for around £821 a night - which is pricey but split between two people is around £410 each, and for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, we'd probably pay plenty more. If you're up for not worrying about a thing, you can stay all-inclusive from £1,049 per night.
