The SNCF discount card is valid for an entire year, below we explain all the benefits.

Which travel card to buy?
Select your discount card based on your age: there are three categories, that are all the same price.
Carte Avantage Jeune: a junior card for those aged 12-27
Carte Avantage Adulte: a general card for adults aged 27-59
Carte Avantage Senior: a card for adults aged 60 years+
How to use the card
You can easily apply your travel discount to the rail tickets you are purchasing online on Oui.sncf (or through the OUI.sncf app. See our screengrabs of the simple three steps to see how to do this.
Add your destination into the planner and click 'Passenger 1'
Select your age and then click 'Season ticket'
Then simply select the travel discount card you have purchased: the three available are Carte Avantage: Jeune, Adulte or Senior (as explained above). In this example we've selected Adulte.
