From which date can the voucher be redeemed?

You can redeem your voucher from Tuesday, 04/01/2022.

Can more than 2 people use the voucher? Can children come?

The basic voucher includes two adults or 1 adult and 1 child. Of course, you can add more travellers during the booking process for an additional charge. The amount of the surcharge depends on the hotel and the chosen date.

Is the transfer between the hotel and Disneyland® Paris included?

A few hotels, which will be available depending on demand and at extra cost, will include a free shuttle transfer to Disneyland®. These hotels are marked accordingly in the booking process. All other hotels are easily accessible by car or public transport.

Can the voucher be redeemed on any day?

The voucher is limited to the "Mini-Ticket-Season" days of Disneyland® Paris and the availabilities of the hotels. Therefore, we recommend redeeming the voucher as early as possible in order to have the greatest choice of dates at 198 €. Blocked dates, exhibition dates and special events are excluded. Other arrival dates such as Saturdays or Sundays as well as peak season times (including July - September) can be booked at extra cost. The voucher will be taken into account for these dates.

Can the voucher be exchanged?

The voucher cannot be returned after the purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher will no longer be valid.

Which hotels can be choosen from?

Depending on availability, you can choose from a variety of hotels near Disneyland® Paris.

When and where will the Disneyland® Paris tickets be sent?

Tickets with a barcode will be sent via e-mail or post at least three days before the arrival or the tickets will be deposited at the hotel. On site, no queueing at the cash desk will be necessary, the ticket will be scanned directly at the entrance.

What are the differences between the two parks at Disneyland® Paris? Does the voucher give access to both parks?

Disneyland® Park features the most popular Disney films, while Walt Disney Studio® Park also offers a look behind the scenes. The basic voucher includes one day ticket to either Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studio® Park. During the booking process the voucher can be upgraded into a combination ticket for both parks or a multi-day park ticket for an additional charge.

How long is the voucher valid?

The voucher can be redeemed until 23 December 2022, subject to availability. Thereafter, the equivalent value of the voucher (198 €) can be used until 31 December 2023 for booking another trip with Travelcircus GmbH.

After redeeming the voucher, can I cancel the trip? What happens if I can't travel?

You can cancel the trip, however, this will incur cancellation costs. These can be found in the general standard terms and conditions of the tour operator.
