Yappy.com are offering a literal dream job, the Chief Puppy Officer (how cool is that gonna look on Linkedin) will get to cuddle, stroke and play with dogs all day.

This sounds like a job we would happily do for free but it is actually a paid role, we can't see there being many Sunday night blues when this is the job you're waking up to on a Monday morning.

Duties will include playing with dogs, making sure they’re entertained and stimulated and giving them endless love - it's a hard job but someone's gotta do it.

Terms & conditions

• You must be over 18

• The successful applicant must agree to be filmed and photographed upon appointment, where required

• The role is offered on a part-time, pro-rata basis and the successful applicant will be remunerated depending on the number of hours required to work each week, across a minimum of 15

• The nature of the work requires flexibility depending on when photoshoots are taking place and the number of dogs in the office on any given day

• The role is based in Manchester

• Applicants must be a UK resident to apply

• Requirements of the role will be dependent on Covid-19 workplace regulations at the time of appointment

• The successful applicant will be required to follow social distancing guidance as stipulated by yappy.com
