Looking for a festive day out? Waddesdon Manor in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, is just over an hour's drive from London and has a wonderful Christmas programme running until January.

Outside, the gardens are lit up with beautiful lights and music, and the story of Sleeping Beauty is brought to life with colorful projections on the Manor’s façade. It’s a lovely way to see the grounds in a whole new light.
