The villa is located in the Swiss village of Vals. Villa Vals is a detached house right next to the famous Vals thermal baths. The luxury villa is extremely quiet and offers a breathtaking view of untouched nature.

The house is very spacious - approximately 200 m² and is completely excavated into the mountainside. It can accommodate 10 people and is surrounded by a large garden that provides plenty of privacy. The large glass façade opens onto the terrace and offers a spectacular view of the green meadows and, in winter, the snow-capped slopes and mountain peaks.

The house, which is completely buried in the mountainside, can be accessed through a tunnel from a nearby stable. It consists of six rooms and is situated on a private property of 1300 m². The living room, open kitchen and bedroom with its own bathroom are located on the terrace level. There are three spacious bedrooms on the upper floors. All bedrooms have a king-size bed (180 x 210 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub and/or shower. One of the rooms is set up as a TV lounge and also has a bunk bed with two beds (130 x 210 cm).

The icing on the cake is a covered terrace with an area of approximately 60 m². It offers space for a large table, a hot tub and sun loungers. In addition to the impressive view to the opposite side of the valley, the terrace also has a fountain that is powered all year round from the hotel's own spring and has excellent drinking water quality.

Access to the villa is the old Grisons stable which has space for bicycles, table tennis, skis, garden tools and garden furniture upstairs. In the basement there is a heated room with a cloakroom and a pool table. An underground tunnel with skylights connects the ground floor of the stable with Vila Vals.

The village of Vals itself is geared towards sustainability. The village looks authentic, has industry, Valser water sources, baths and hotels, produces sustainable energy and even has a "milk pipe" supplying milk in summer straight from alpine pastures. You can go hiking, cycling and skiing in winter.

Accommodation prices depend on the season. In low season the price per night is £434 and for each additional guest, if the group consists of more than 6 people, an additional fee of £28. In the high season (summer or winter) the price of accommodation is £584 and also here there will be a surcharge of £28 per person in groups of more than 6 people.
