About your stay
You'll be staying at the Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen Resort, a luxurious beachfront hotel on Cancun's Caribbean coast.
The resort has a sophisticated and slick Scandinavian style with dark woods and clean lines that really set it apart from a lot of the resorts in the area.
There's three ocean-view swimming pools, an architect-designed spa inspired by Mexico’s famous cinotes (underground pools of water found in the local area), two restaurants and three bars.
You'll be staying in an upgraded Garden View with Plunge Pool room, which, as you might guess from the room name, has a private plunge pool on the balcony! Plus there will be a massive 47-inch flat-screen TV, minibar and coffeemaker.
