What'd the catch? While the hotel is a 5-star, TUI only rates it a 4-star. It still has a high Trip Advisor score with 4/5. Guests should also be aware that May through October are usually cheaper, as the beaches on the Riviera Maya coastline sometimes experience increased levels of seaweed.
