What's included are stops in awesome places: Dubrovnik, Split, Plitvice National Park, Zagreb (all Croatia), Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Venice (Italy).

Accommodation is a mix of hostels (six nights), pensions (two nights) and a hotel (one night). Breakfast on six mornings and a picnic in Plitvice National Park, plus transport between each stop (by public bus, train, or private vehicle) are also included.

You'll spend two night each in Dubrovnik, Split, Zagreb and Ljubjlana, plus one night in Venice. The visit to Plitvice National Park is a stop on your way to Zagreb.
