The nearest airport is Rome (although you'll want to hire a car as the journey is around 1.5-2 hours). We've put together a DIY mini break in July including flights from Birmingham to Rome and 2 nights in a beautiful Tuscan style hotel near Saturnia.

That means you'll have time to indulge in the Tuscan countryside, visit the hot springs and even spend a bit of time in Rome before flying home on your last day!
