Bucharest has got to be one of the most underrated European cities. It's got a very Berlin or Amsterdam vibe, the coffee and the brunch spots are next level (and cheap) and it's full of history.
We have found a great DIY deal for 3 nights with return flights included from £88* per person. It's rare we see a central 3-night city break with flights for this cheap!
The hotel is brand-new and modern, gets 8/10 rating on Trivago and it's seriously cheap at £36 per night. It's 3-star and it's well located for taking in the city.
The cheapest flights we found are with Wizz Air from £34 return, and It's worth noting the flight out arrives in Bucharest at a pretty unsociable time, almost 3am. We have also listed a flight that arrives early afternoon for £18 more, which is probably worth the extra spend.
