🗓️ Travel in June for LESS than in April or May
From £266 pp
Umbria has much in common with Tuscany: beautiful landscapes, great food and delicious wine. But it differs in two areas: fewer tourists and more affordable prices. Win-Win, if you ask us.
We've just spotted this trip on Loveholidays, and we think it's a no-brainer: flights and four nights at a 4-star boutique hotel with breakfast from £266.
And that price will look even better when we tell you it's to travel in June. This is actually cheaper than going in March, April or May. Prices for travel on select dates in July and August are also very competitive (less than £370). We can't quite believe it ourselves.
The stay is at the Asisium Boutique Hotel in Assisi, a lovely hilltop village (pictured above) surrounded by the Umbrian countryside. It's rated 4 out of 5 on Tripadvisor, and makes a perfect base from which to explore the area.
🏴☠️ Pirate tip: talking of exploring the area, you might want to consider hiring a car. We've found prices from £131 per car.

We might be Pirates, but we’re an honest bunch. We check all our deals when we review them to make sure everything is available. Here’s the catch: with deals this hot, things change quickly: flight prices fluctuate, hotel rooms sell out, currencies yo-yo. Mainly, demand for the best deals means the lowest prices don’t last long. But, if you’ve missed out this time, don’t worry: we’re working on more great offers.
