🥶 Lapland in winter: 5-night trip with flights & wilderness lodge 🐺

Pirates, want to go to Lapland in winter, but it usually costs so much?

We won't lie, it's still going to cost a bit more than your usual break to other wintery destinations, but we've found a way to do five nights for under £500 with flights, a lodge stay and breakfast. That's really not bad for a stay close to Santa's village!

How? You'd have to go after Christmas, that's when budget airline prices start getting lower. We've combined a £186 return Ryanair flight (usually way over £200 in December) with a lodge stay just outside of Rovaniemi.

Your resort, Vaattunki Wilderness Resort is set in the Arctic Circle hiking region, and you should be able to watch The Northern Lights from the hotel (fingers crossed). There's a communal sauna and outdoor hot tub (you'll need to book for a fee). There's also a shuttle service you can book.
