Pirates, the quirky boutique-style hotel chain Malmaison has 16 fab locations around England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. By staying there, you know you'll get stylish interiors with a touch of luxury.

We've checked their autumn sale and came across some good-value rates for autumn and winter stays from around £106. Sunday-night stays can come cheaper than this, but to get those rates, a lot of them are locked into a 2-night must-stay arrangement.

They're usually mid-week rates at this price, and we've seen similar prices to our lead price in Liverpool, Newcastle, Reading, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Dundee.

We spot-checked against their normal rates, outside of this sale and the sale rates were always cheaper AND with them you get a glass of prosecco or more, plus usually better cancellation options.
