Pirates, who doesn't love a good festival? Berlin is home to some of the best free festivals. We are talking street parties full of food, drinks and DJ sets; parades celebrating love and culture; and light festivals that illuminate the night sky.

🏴☠️ Pirate tip: Don't bother adding breakfast or transfers if you're looking to save extra cash. Berlin has a lot of great bakeries and cafes where you can get a pastry and a coffee for quite cheap. Getting to and from the airport to the city is also very easy and cheap. Just hop on a train to the city centre for under £4.
