Don't forget to book your wine tour. There are quite a few companies out there offering these tours, we've gone with Viator's Tapas, Wine & History tour, which takes you around Seville for around three hours, you'll get to sample tapas, visit bars and learn about local traditions. When compared with similar tours, this one was a bit cheaper than for example going via Getyourguide, but do check for yourself in case you'd like a very specific tour.
