We've seen that transfers through Thomas Cook for this holiday can set you back a pretty pence (£305 total return). While this is a private transfer, we recommend saving some serious cash and taking the train instead! The easiest way to go is to take the train or bus from Malaga Airport to the main station in Malaga. Here, you'll need to change trains, but the good news is you can catch a direct train to Granada. The whole journey takes around 2 hours. Booking your tickets day of will cost around £55, but you can sometimes get cheaper tickets (around £20) by booking in advance.
