The world's first influencer airline has just launched in California
They say nothing in life is free, however apparently flights can be free if you happen to have enough social media followers.
The influencer era is well and truly underway, with the launch of the world's first influencer airline, Willa Air.
The new airline, created by the fintech platform Willa, has been created to cater exclusively for influencers and content creators.
The inaugural flight on 15 April flew from Los Angeles to the Coachella Valley music festival... for free! Carrying 12 top influencers, the flight treated its passengers to pre-flight champagne, a luxury transfer to the airport and a fancy private jet flight.
What's more, the airline offered IV drips, massages and detox juice for the influencers on their flight home - those poor souls must be very tired.
If you are an influencer on the hunt for free private flights, the airline is flying next to New York for Fashion Week in September.
