A billionaire, through the Fairfax & Kensington agency, is seeking an experienced couple for a unique opportunity on a recently acquired private island in the British Virgin Islands.

In addition to managing the island, the couple will be actively involved in its promotion, encouraging the development of relaxed luxury tourism. Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-value property management is essential, although mixed profiles will also be considered. Ability to work independently and previous experience in the Caribbean are also recommended.

Main Responsibilities:

• Island management and maintenance: Ensure the smooth running of facilities and outdoor areas, ensuring that they meet high standards. Contribute to the planning of the main residence and guest accommodation.

• Hospitality Services: Oversee high-end catering, cleaning, and concierge services. Organise and oversee special events on the island, offering luxury hospitality to visitors.

• Promotion and public relations: Actively participate in promoting the island as a luxury destination, documenting and sharing the island's evolution on various media platforms.
