Ryanair increases the size of their free cabin bag

Ryanair has announced an increase to its maximum size allowance, increasing the dimensions on the free carry-on bag (AKA under the seat bag).

This has followed a new EU guaranteed bag size. Which has a minimum of 40cm by 30cm by 15cm. Other airlines already adhere to this size, but Ryanair was falling short, but their increase is now slightly more generous than the EU standard.

Current size dimensions for Ryanair free carry-on bag: 40cm x 25cm x 20cm

That's got to be enough extra space for a couple of fridge magnets and some extra underwear. Happy packing.
