HolidayPirates: Participation terms and conditions

“Advent Calendar 2025”

1. Competition and organizers

The promoter of this online competition “Advent Calendar 2025” (hereinafter referred to as “Competition”) is HolidayPirates GmbH, Neue Grünstrasse 18, 10179 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “HolidayPirates”). Participation in the Competition is governed exclusively by the following participation terms and conditions.

2. Participation

2.1 Eligible to participate are entrants who must be at least 18 years old. Excluded from participation are employees, and their family members, of HolidayPirates and its affiliate companies.

2.2 Participation in the Competition is possible only within the period 01st December 2025 (08:00 local time) to 27th December 2025 (23:59 local time). Participation in the Competition is free of charge. Participation can happen daily until 27th December 2025 23:59 local time.

2.3 To participate in the Advent Calendar campaign, visit <<LINK>> during the campaign period, select the corresponding date on the calendar, and complete the entry form by providing your name and email address. After signing up, check your inbox for an email from us and click "confirm" to subscribe to our newsletter and enter the draw. A confirmed subscription to the newsletter is required to validate your entry. If you’re already a subscriber, you can still participate by opening the corresponding door each day and completing the entry form to join the daily draw. Each Advent Calendar door is open for participation for four days from its respective date, so be sure to enter within this timeframe to qualify for the prize.

2.4 Only those who meet the conditions described in para.2.3 enter the Competition. HolidayPirates cannot be held liable for late and/or incomplete entries.

3. Execution and carrying out of the prize win

3.1 Only the prizes specified in detail below will be drawn:

Aldiana

1 week club holiday at Aldiana Club Ampflwang for two people in a double room including full board plus. Journey to and from the club is not included.

Conditions: Reservations are subject to availability, Christmas/New Year's Eve and Easter holidays are except. The voucher can not be applied retroactively to bookings that have already been made. Cash payment, transfer or sale of the voucher is not permitted. The voucher cannot be combined with other voucher promotions. Please note our travel and payment conditions.

TUI MAGIC LIFE

In the giveaway, 7 nights in a double room (standard category) including meals (All Inclusive)

for 2 persons at TUI MAGIC LIFE Cala Pada will be raffled. The voucher can be redeemed

in the period 26.04.2025 – 31.10.2025; travel to and from the resort as well as (airport)

transfers are not included in the prize.

Robinson Club GmbH

In the giveaway, 7 nights in a double room (standard category) including meals (All Inclusive)

for 2 persons at ROBINSON Cabo Verde will be raffled. The voucher can be redeemed in the

period 01.05 – 31.10.2025; travel to and from the resort as well as (airport) transfers are not

included in the prize.

Landal GmbH

Voucher for a stay

The prize consists of a stay of the duration stated on the voucher (week from Mon–Mon or Fri–Fri, short week from Mon–Fri, or weekend from Fri–Mon), which the winner can book with Landal.

The voucher entitles the holder to book at the parks mentioned in the context of the competition. If no specific parks are listed, the voucher can be redeemed at the following Landal parks: Dwergter Sand, Hochwald, Mont Royal, Sonnenberg, Warsberg, Wirfttal, Aelderholt, Coldenhove, Heideheuvel, Hoog Vaals, De Lommerbergen, Landgoed ’t Loo, Miggelenberg, Rabbit Hill, Twenhaarsveld, and Het Vennenbos.

The prize can be redeemed for up to 6 people in a standard accommodation (up to 5 people in De Lommerbergen).

The prize includes the holiday home rental, a comfort package (bed linen and made beds on arrival, one towel package per person, and one kitchen towel set per holiday home), unlimited use of the indoor swimming pool, final cleaning, utilities, and local taxes.

Not included are the costs for arrival and departure, meals on site, and any additional services.

Booking of the desired stay is subject to availability of a suitable accommodation in the chosen park and cannot be guaranteed.

The booking must be made at least two months before the desired arrival date.

The prize cannot be paid out in cash.

Please note that the prize cannot be redeemed during general holiday periods and public holidays. A list of the excluded periods can be found here.

The prize must be redeemed within one year from the date of issue (as stated on the prize voucher) and will expire if the winner does not arrive.

Rebookings are only possible subject to availability and for an additional fee.

Eligibility and Redemption

Each prize is valid for a maximum of two (2) people.

Prizes are not redeemable during high season or official school holidays.

All prizes must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.

Prizes are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Non-Transferability and Value

● Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

● Any unused portion of the prize is forfeited and will not be reimbursed.

Travel and Liability

● WONDR Experience B.V. is not responsible for travel arrangements, including

transportation to or from Amsterdam, visas, travel insurance, or other related costs.

● WONDR Experience B.V. is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident,

delay, or other incident resulting from the winner’s participation in the experience, stay

in Amsterdam, or travel to/from their origin.

● Winners are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and travel

requirements.

Booking and Usage

● Hotel stays must be booked directly through WONDR’s designated contact.

● Dates are subject to availability and blackout periods.

● Meals and activities included in the prize must be consumed during the stay and

cannot be rescheduled.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners agree that their first name, city, and/or photos may be used for

promotional purposes by WONDR Experience B.V. and its affiliated venues, without additional

compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

● WONDR Experience B.V. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway

or its terms in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

The prize cannot be redeemed for stays during the following excluded periods:

Christmas Holiday 2025: 19 December 2025 – 9 January 2026

Spring Holiday: 14 February – 1 March 2026

May Holiday / Spring High Season: 19 March – 15 May 2026

Summer Holiday: 20 July – 5 September 2026

SnowControl: Apartment for 7Nights incl Skipass for up to 4p. (or up to 6p possible if in the Apartment the Sleeping Couch is used) value of about 2200€-3000€

Island Festival Belltent for 4 Nights for up to 4p. incl Ticket value of about 1200€-1500€

Omana Festival: 7Nights Beach Tent incl Ticket for up to 4p. incl Ticket value of about 1500€-2000€

Trips cannot be resold to other customers. If you already have booked the trip you cannot exchange your win with the already booked trip. We will need all names of the participants and namechange is possible if we know in advance and they belong to the person that win the trips.

Snowtrex

4 nights including breakfast and a 4-day ski pass for 2 people in Hotel Terrace in Engelberg:

Once the winner has been selected, HolidayPirates will forward the winner’s contact details to the Swiss partner responsible for the prize. The partner will then contact the winner directly to arrange prize fulfilment.

The prize can be redeemed throughout the 2025/2026 winter season, subject to availability.

No cash alternative available.

Not transferable to third parties.

Travel Partner GmbH

7 nights at the 4-star MAGIC MOUNTAINS Hotel Alpenrose in Altenmarkt im Pongau for 2 adults and 2 children (0–17 years) in a family room including full board and Magic Mountains Card.

The voucher will be sent to the customer by email and can be redeemed via the Travel Partner customer service.

The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

Booking must be made by 31 January 2026 for a stay taking place between 27 June 2026 and 5 September 2026 (last departure).

Can only be booked via the Travel Partner customer service.

Subject to availability – if no availability is left at Hotel Alpenrose, an alternative Magic Mountains hotel will be offered.

Local tourist tax payable on site: approx. EUR 3 per person per day.

Vonage

1000 EUR for a trip to Paris

The prize is worth a maximum of 1000 EUR and can only be used to cover booking flights and accommodation and activities for the winner's holiday. Any remaining value after booking flights and accommodation will be forfeited and cannot be used by a third party not connected to the prize. OM System

The Winner will receive an OM-5 Mark II 12-45mm F4.0 Pro Kit + M.Zuiko ED 40-150 F4.0 Pro lens with a total value of €2,598. The colour of the lens and camera depends on availability. Participation is limited to one person. Only while stocks last. The physical prize will be sent by post. The Winner is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes that may arise as a result of receiving the prize. The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash

200 EUR GetYourGuide voucher

1. Gift Card Redemption

You can use your GetYourGuide Gift Card to book tours and activities offered by a variety of

activity providers on the GetYourGuide Platform. To use your GetYourGuide Gift Card go to www.getyourguide.com, choose an activity and enter the e-voucher code for the gift card in the booking process GetYourGuide Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

2. Gift Card Value

You can check the balance and validity of your Gift Card by using the self help page on the GetYourGuide website: https://www.getyourguide.com/contact#payment-and-refunds_gift-cart-value-and-validity

3. Validity

The validity period of the Gift Card is five years starting at the end of the year of the purchase. The validity of the Gift Card cannot be extended. You must use the balance of the Gift Card before the expiration date. Any unused balance will be forfeited upon expiration.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

GetYourGuide is not responsible for lost, stolen, or the unauthorized use of your Gift Card if you or someone you have given the card to loses it or has it stolen. In such cases, the Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded.

5. Cancellation or Refund

Once a Gift Card has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

200 EUR Airbnb voucher

The vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Any unused balance on a voucher after a booking will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed at a later date.

The vouchers are valid for unlimited time.

300 EUR Ryanair voucher

Gift Cards are issued by the Ryanair Group, Ryanair Dublin Office, Airside Business Park, Swords, Ireland (hereinafter “Ryanair”).

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards can be redeemed on Ryanair.com or via the app.

Gift Cards may be issued in digital or physical format.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the Card issue date. The card code is valid until fully redeemed within the expiry date.

If you don't use all of your Gift Card balance at one time, you can use your Gift Card code for future transactions within the expiry date.

A €2/£2 (or local currency equivalent) admin fee applies to Digital Gift Cards.

A €5/£5 (or local currency equivalent) admin and delivery fee applies to Physical Gift Cards. This fee is waived for purchases equal to or higher €/£100 (or local currency equivalent).

Gift Cards are issued according to the denomination selected at the time of purchase. The denominations go from £/€25 to £/€1,000 or local currency equivalent. The maximum purchasable amount per transaction is £/€1,000 or local currency equivalent.

Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the currency of issue.

The name specified for the Gift Card recipient must be identical to the name on the recipient’s passport, driving license, or any other form of personal identification. If the names do not match, the Gift Card will not be redeemable. While name changes are not permitted on Gift Cards, we will accommodate minor spelling corrections, provided we reasonably believe you are correcting a mistake and not trying to change the recipient’s name to someone else.

The Gift Card recipient can be aged 2 years or over. However, recipients who redeem a Gift Card under the age of 16 must always travel accompanied by an adult, in compliance with Ryanair’s General Terms and Conditions of Carriage.

A maximum of 4 Gift Cards can be used per booking. If the total flight price exceeds the value of the Gift Card(s) used to pay for the booking, any price difference can be paid by normal payment methods.

Gift Cards can be used as payment for flights, seats, priority, checked bags, fast track, baby equipment, music equipment, sports equipment, travel insurance and associated taxes, fees and charges at the time of booking only. Car hire, transfers or hotel bookings are not included and shall be paid separately using a method other than Gift Cards.

Ryanair is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Replacement cards will not be issued.

In the event of a flight cancellation, customers should retain their Gift Card until the flight has flown. Any applicable refund will be reissued to the original Gift Card. If the Gift Card is within its final month of validity or has expired at the time of refund processing, Ryanair will issue a new digital Gift Card with a validity of 12 months from the date of issue.

200 EUR Flixbus tickets

FlixBus gift cards cannot be combined with other codes or promotions.

The voucher is valid for 6 months. You can use your FlixBus gift card until the expiration date stated on the voucher. In addition, the FlixBus gift card can be used to make multiple purchases until the balance is used up.

The gift card cannot be exchanged, refunded or combined with other codes or promotions.

If the value of your booking exceeds the credit on your FlixBus Gift Card, you can pay the difference according to the payment methods available on the website

3.2 Winners will be drawn at random after the four-day participation period for each Advent Calendar door has closed. The winners will be notified by a message sent to the Email address the participant provided in 2.3. The winner must confirm, using the contact routes specified in the notification, the receipt of the notification as well as his name and address within two days from being notified of the prize by the Competition promoter. Otherwise, the right to the prize ceases and will be allocated to another entrant. In this respect, the entrant is responsible for making sure that he takes note of the notification of the prize from HolidayPirates via his Email address. The prices communicated during the Competition through our communication channels are converted into local currencies using foreign exchange rates applicable on the campaign start day. If the prize won is the participation in a trip, the trip details will be arranged in consultation with the winner.

3.3 If the prize includes a trip, the winner must travel within one year of claiming the prize, and otherwise risks forfeit by not doing so.

3.4 The delivery of non-cash prizes is free of charge to all markets. This applies to one delivery attempt. Otherwise, the winner will have to bear transport costs and other expenses (customs duties, taxes etc.).

3.5 The claim to the prize may not be assigned or transferred. The prize cannot be supplemented or changed. If the prize cannot be made available to the winner for whatever reason, HolidayPirates reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of an equivalent value.

3.7 The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not available for contact about the Competition.

3.8 If the prize involves travel then you must start your travel from one of the participating countries: Germany, Austria, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, US.

3.9 Winners are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, and any other required travel documents are valid and up to date for any trip, they arrange with HolidayPirates. If after arranging the trip with HolidayPirates the winners realize that their papers are not in order, HolidayPirates will not be liable to arrange another trip.

3.10 The prize(s) may be considered a taxable benefit to the winner(s). The winner(s) will be solely and directly responsible for accounting for and paying to any relevant tax authority, any tax liability arising on their prize.

4. Exclusion from participation

4.1 HolidayPirates reserves the right to exclude entrants from the Competition if they violate these terms and conditions.

4.2 Moreover, HolidayPirates reserves the right to exclude from the Competition entrants who use prohibited tools or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation (in particular, collective or repeated entries if such are not expressly allowed by HolidayPirates). This is the case when, for example, automatic scripts, hacking tools, trojans or viruses are used or when an entrant gains an advantage through other prohibited means. Also providing false personal details and using fake profiles may result in exclusion from the Competition. As the case may be, prizes may be denied ex-post and/or be claimed back.

5. Early cancellation or discontinuation of the Competition

HolidayPirates is entitled to discontinue the Competition ahead of schedule or suspend or modify the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser's control that render the carrying out of the Competition according to original plans difficult or unreasonable for HolidayPirates. This includes in particular, but without limitation, the unauthorised intervention of third parties, technical problems with hard- or software that is beyond the organiser's control as well as violations of law which are directly connected with the carrying out of the Competition, including, in particular, tampering with the competition process.

6. Processing of data in connection with the Competition

In return for participating in the competition, we ask for your consent for us to send you our Newsletter with our best holiday deals and travel information by email in the future. Your personal data will only be used for this purpose. You can revoke your consent at any time. Details of the data processed in the context of the competition and the rights existing in this respect in favour of the participant can be found in our data protection policy. 7. Final provisions

By participating in the competition the user waives his/her rights to any legal action relating to the competition or prize claimed.
