The villa is located in the Garfagnana region, in northern Tuscany. It is about an hour's drive from Lucca and the coast, and two hours from the famous city of Florence.
Although still relatively unknown, this magnificent region is blossoming and may soon become a must-see.
On the ground floor of the villa you will find an entrance hall, a comfortable living room that can accommodate up to 8 people, a fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The villa itself is simple, but very comfortable.
The best part of all, however, can be found outside the villa. You have a large terrace with a view of the surrounding hills, a garden and a private swimming pool.

The winner of the raffle can do whatever they want with the villa: move in, use it as a vacation home, or even rent it out. The prize also covers transfer fees and legal fees, as well as 2 return flights to Italy, accommodation for 2 nights and car rental for the signing of the transfer of ownership.
Note: to be able to participate you must be 18 years of age or over and for the raffle to be valid a minimum of 20,000 entries is required. If the 20,000 entries are not reached, the prize will be transferred to cash winnings.
