The hotel, Vila Belvedere in Durrës, has a 3.5 Tripadvisor rating, there's a pool, and most importantly - you can walk to the beach. It's a 40-minute drive from the airport, so not too far to get to.
Those cheap flight rates are for mid-April, when the temperature in Albania will be pleasant, with highs of 17C. Definitely pack a jacket, as it won't be mega hot, especially in the evenings, but 17C is definitely nothing to be sniffed at.
