We've been to Santorini and can confirm it's as stunning as it looks from the pics.

It can be pretty pricey, but we've found a 4-night trip, with flights, hotel and breakfast included, all from £189.

This package includes staying at the Lefkothea Hotel, which is pretty basic but has solid reviews on Tripadvisor, and for the price, we can't really complain.
