Anyone can now travel to Spain, regardless of vaccination status. The rules apply to any non-EU country (which now includes the UK) and entry is permitted with either a certificate of vaccination status, proof of recovery from the virus, or a negative pre-departure Covid-19 test result.
Children under the age of 12 are exempt from having to show any certificates.
